Once you sign up here, you will be directed to a short inquiry form asking some general questions to make sure we are available on your date! After that a couple things will be sent to you via email:

• general price guide to help you estimate what your wedding will cost

• square calendar link to find a consultation time that works well for you

• An in depth form with all your numbers, floral preferences, and overall details to be filled out before the zoom consultation

From there, you will be sent a google meet or zoom link to meet with your event designer to begin going over the details, color scheme and start your customized vision!

After meeting with your event designer, a few emails explaining the process as well as information on our preservation business will be sent your way! After a few days, you should receive a customized concept board preview complete with a recipe of the flowers we could use, a quote of all your floral wants, and a couple inspo pictures of what your bouquet could look like!

If you like what you see we will have you send a $50 holder fee to make sure your date is secured (this will go towards your final payment). From there we will make your full concept board and invoice! From there you will pay us your deposit and we will be all set to go!

We know sometimes ideas, numbers or budget may need to be adjusted as well as more in depth details about your venue or where to pickup! All of this will be worked out in the coming weeks in preparation for your event!

Six weeks out, you will have a get to know you and detail final call with your event coordinator or florist for your wedding! From there all the fine tuning can be done and we can make sure we are all set to go!

Once all the final details are set to go, we will have you send over your final payment! Once we get that payment, your florist will work on ordering and getting all the supplies and rentals needed ready for your event!
